a. We do not provide legal services. If the customer needs some legal advice or services, the request will be forwarded to a legal practitioner of his choice or to some other available legal professional. The company is not responsible for the services or advice from such legal practitioners who are not a part of this system.

b. Utmost care is taken to provide a defect freehand proper services to each of the clients. All the documents are prepared by experienced executives in the field. But after the preparation of the draft, it is forwarded to the client for their perusal and approval. It is their responsibility that the contents are factually correct and drafted strictly as was instructed by the client.

c. The documents are prepared on the belief that the information and the supporting documents supplied by the client is true and genuine. In case the company feels any doubt regarding the genuinity of the document and the information given the company is free to verify its genuinity by using any of the available resources.

d. The fee/service charge published is not fixed. It may vary according to the nature and value of the document. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide.

This includes measures to prevent unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure of your personal information.
