CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• Digital and Customised Services:

Document drafting, vetting, consultation and similar services are customised and/or digitally delivered. Once the performance of the service has commenced, or a draft, advice, consultation or other substantive deliverable has been provided, cancellation or refund will not be available except where required by applicable law or expressly provided below.

• Cancellation Window:

A customer may request cancellation of service within twenty-four (24) hours of successful payment, provided that the performance of the particular service has not commenced.

• Refund Eligibility:

In the event of our inability to provide the paid service because of an internal operational failure, a technical failure attributable to our systems, or a change in Government policy or procedure that makes the selected service incapable of being performed, an appropriate refund, including a full or proportionate refund as the circumstances may warrant, shall be issued after verification, subject to applicable law. Refunds will not ordinarily be available for delays or non-performance caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the customer, customer delay, third-party or Government processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable. Once a refund has been initiated by us, the time required for the refunded amount to be credited to the customer’s account will depend upon the relevant bank, card network, UPI service provider or payment gateway. We shall not be responsible for delays attributable solely to such third-party payment service providers.

The precise scope of the service is limited to the service description selected by the customer and the information and documents supplied for that purpose. Unless expressly included in the selected service, payment does not by itself create an obligation to undertake representation before any court, tribunal, Government authority or other forum.

• Customer Responsibility for Information and Final Approval:

Processing and execution of our services are based on the information and documents supplied by the customer. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and authenticity of the data and information provided by them and the customer must review any draft or deliverable before approving or using it. We shall not be responsible or liable for errors or consequences arising out of inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or subsequently changed information supplied by the customer.

• No Guarantee of Outcome:

We do not guarantee any particular legal, administrative, commercial, financial or other outcome, including approval, acceptance, registration, processing time or decision by any Government authority, court, tribunal, bank or third party.

• Third-Party Payment Processors:

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, including Zoho Payments and/or Razorpay, or such other payment service providers as may be made available on our website from time to time. Payment information is transmitted and processed through the relevant payment provider’s system. We do not intentionally store debit/credit card details, PINs, OTPs or banking passwords on our systems. Transactions may also be subject to the terms, privacy practices and technical availability of the relevant payment provider and issuing bank.

• Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from the use of, delay in, or inability to use the website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

• Third-Party and Government Systems:

We are not responsible for outages, delays, rejection, downtime or changes in procedure attributable to banks, payment gateways, Government portals, registration offices, courier providers or other third parties, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.
